Inskeep Terms of Service

These terms govern an authorized seller organization's and its Approved Users' access to Inskeep. By authorizing or using the service, the seller represents that it has authority to connect the applicable marketplace or commerce accounts and agrees to use Inskeep only for legitimate business operations and in accordance with these terms.

Inskeep provides multichannel inventory and operational functionality. Depending on account configuration and granted permissions, supported functions may include products, inventory, listings, pricing, orders, purchasing, fulfillment, shipping, tracking, reporting, administration, audit, security, and support.

Feature availability may differ by channel, seller authorization, assigned role, provider capability, subscription, or deployment state. Inskeep will not represent a feature as available to a seller when it is not enabled or supported for that seller.

The seller must maintain authority over connected accounts, grant only permissions necessary for enabled functionality, limit access to Approved Users with a documented business need, keep account information accurate, and promptly remove access that is no longer required.

Approved Users must use named accounts. They must not share credentials, bypass security controls, give access to an unauthorized person, or use buyer information outside the applicable authorized order, fulfillment, shipping, support, legal, tax, audit, fraud-prevention, or security purpose.

When a seller authorizes an Amazon connection, Inskeep uses SP-API only to provide and secure the corresponding application functions described to the seller. Inskeep requests and retrieves only the information needed for enabled functionality.

Amazon Information is not sold, used for unrelated advertising or profiling, aggregated across sellers for competing users, used to create or publish insights about Amazon's business, or used to train or improve AI or machine-learning models.

The seller and its Approved Users must comply with applicable Amazon agreements, the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy, Data Protection Policy, Communication Guidelines, API-specific policies, and other requirements associated with their Amazon account and authorized roles.

Inskeep does not currently support Amazon Buyer–Seller Messaging through the Buyer–Seller Messaging Service, Messaging API, or Solicitations API. Users must not represent that Inskeep provides this functionality.

If Inskeep introduces buyer-facing messaging, the applicable purpose, templates, restrictions, retention, and Amazon Communication Guidelines will be communicated before activation.

The Inskeep Privacy and Data Handling Policy explains the categories of information processed, permitted uses, security controls, service-provider categories, retention and deletion practices, and available requests.

Amazon buyer and shipping PII is deleted or de-identified under Inskeep's documented retention schedule. Backup copies expire through encrypted backup rotation. A seller may request assistance with access, correction, export, deletion, or integration disconnection by contacting Inskeep.

Users must not conduct or facilitate brushing, counterfeit or intellectual-property infringement, marketplace manipulation, fraud, unauthorized access, misuse of Amazon Information, evasion of security controls, or violations of Amazon or other provider agreements.

Inskeep may preserve relevant evidence and restrict, suspend, or terminate access when necessary to investigate prohibited activity, contain a security risk, comply with an Amazon or legal requirement, or protect another party's rights.

Inskeep may use service providers to host, secure, monitor, back up, support, or operate the service. Access and disclosure are limited to the service purpose and applicable security, privacy, and contractual controls.

Upon disconnection or termination, Inskeep will revoke applicable integration access and handle retained information according to the Privacy and Data Handling Policy, Amazon requirements, legal obligations, and documented deletion procedures.

Inskeep reviews these terms at least annually and after material changes to the service, Amazon data use, supported functionality, or applicable requirements. Material changes affecting Amazon Information or seller rights will be communicated to affected authorized users before or when they take effect.
